Took 17 min to get our order..the bagel i returned too HARD to eat..they forgot part of my order.. 5 other orders that i saw for myself were wrong..the employees then would walk away n keep their back to ignore everyone.. An elderly man ordered his for inside..it was bagged and handed to him.. He said i told you it was for here..she said. So. Go sit down and eat it.. What do you want a tray?
Got the order wrong AGAIN!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY ARE STANDING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOU? It really is a very simple request. When i speak, you listen and you fill the order correctly. Difficulty level of zero
Nice and cozy McDonald's with quick and friendly service usually, and also the only McDonald's around with $0.50 ice cream cones...
I only give it one star because I did not see how to give it negative stars. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get cold fries and Big Mac. When I called the manager to talk to him about the food he was very rude, and stated he was being nice taking my call ; because he did not have to take the call. When I asked him his name he replied for me to figure it out and hung up in my face. When I went back to the restaurant to get his name he was not wearing a name tag. He claimed his name was Kevron or something to that effect. I would not waste my time ever going back to this location.
Ordered a rolo mcflurry. They only put ice cream n chocolate chunks in it, not an ounce of caramel. Service here is amazing on the midnight shift.
