I am not entirely sure how these people have any loyal clients. These people are EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude at all times. Any time you need help or have a question they speak to you like you are ignorant and inferior and threaten to drop your policy “if you are unhappy.” Rather than taking care of the issue and looking for a solution. I guarantee they will see this review and say “well. This person doesn’t matter. Good riddance” because they do not look at their clients as people but more as paychecks. Extremely disappointed.
The customer service at Beth's office is the best. I was able to save a few hundred bucks by switching my auto to her. I appreciate the personal touch she provides, like sending me a birthday card each year.
